You cannot on film as well

You can either use paper negatives in the film holders, or you can also use film, which is available through special order via Kodak or though the Ilford ULF program. Either can be contact printed. There was a 20x24 enlarger manufactured by Heiland that could be used to enlarge a negative this size.
