On a Windows XP operating system, the thumbnail drawer no longer works with any of the film trays (drawer doesn't open or expand). There is no problem with the scanner or firewire card. I setup another XP box and have no issues scanning. I uninstalled Nikon Scan and the drivers and reinstalled, but with the same issue. If the thumbnail drawer doesn't work, then you cannot create prescan images. I'd like to keep the original XP box running as I also have older programs that run on it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Seems like it might be a registry problem since I know that there is no issue with the firewire card or scanner running on the other system. I appreciate any suggestions.
