Nikon SB-11 Question

I have a few Nikon SB-11 flash units. I have regular PC cords and SC-12 cords for use with Nikon F3 cameras. Was a later cord made so the SB-11 could be used in TTL mode with the Nikon FE, FE2 or FM3A cameras?

I think you need an SC-23.

I just read that the SC-23 will work with an FE2. Will it also work with an regular FE?
