LOL no instructions, but cameramanuals.org has a free pdf. It may actually help you with your VCR - they both probably date from 1980s. Amazing this survived Y2K!

I reviewed the MF-14 manual from Butkus. Pretty certain now that the imprint is in the right lower image frame and not the outside or between the frames.

It would serve, if necessary , for a worn back from a F3. This is what I did with my F100 when the AF selector button died.
