Looking for a battery door for a Nikon Lite touch 28mm (AF 600) (non-zoom) Point and Shoot. I just won an ebay auction for a supposedly good, working camera, but missing the battery door. Seller states he just held the battery in with tape. That would work, but I would prefer a real door.

Anyone have a non-working camera they'd like to sell for parts?

I have a Lite Touch Zoom 70W AF with a 28-70mm lens, is this what you are looking for?

Thanks, but no, it does not look similar enough.

Here is the photo of the camera I'm getting:

Time for another bump.

No one has one of these laying around that doesn't work anymore?

@LyleB, hello just wondering if you have found a battery door or know of a "copy" battery door? I just bought a Nikon lite touch without a battery door and I am also looking for donor camera

I had no idea my Lite Touch 28mm was worth so much on Ebay! I did see that a couple of broken ones went for less than ten bucks USD on Ebay so hang in there, you'll love the camera. And if works, get a bit of black gaffer tape to use in the meantime.

How much are they worth? My last camera purchase was a lite touch 600, 28mm macro/pano at a charity shop for $3 with case.

Battery was dead and I didn't have the required type in my battery stash. A week later, I was picking something off the floor in my darkroom and noticed a battery which had rolled under a shelf. It was the correct type for this Nikon 600. (Nice coincidence.) Camera cam back to life with the found battery.
