It will not. Generally, the F screens are not interchangeable across the generations.

Not sure why you'd want to do this. F4 screens are much better, finer matte surface, and if you look hard enough you can find nearly all of the F4 screens. If you need a spare one let me know, I have a few sitting about.

Let me have a look, might have a K floating about. I don't care for them much, preferring the J or B.

Hey! This thread is relevant to my interests!

I'm looking for focusing screens for a Nikon FM2.

I have a screen for a Nikon F, but I don't have said camera. I can update this post in a few hours to mention which screen I have. I know it's in the box and in great condition and I'm happily willing to trade.
