Nikon F3 lens stuck can't get ring tab up!

I have just recently gotten my nikon f3 cla'd and it is a pretty special one, having been used by the Miami Herald and engraved, hahaha. It's really nice and has aged well. But now that I have it back again, I put on a Nikkor-H Auto 1:2 f=50mm nippon kogaku lens and turned it. It locked and is usable. But now when I turn it to try and remove it, wanting to put on a different lens the tab on the ring wont lift up to let it turn fully and come off.
What can I do?
Do you need more clarification?
I would love to get this off with little hassle or none. Anyone out there have any tips, I'd appreciate it so much. Thanks.

You need to push the tiny button to lift the tab. The tiny button is on the lens mount about 15 degrees clockwise as you look into the lens. All non Ai lenses you are supposed to lock the tab up before mounting the lens.

@mshchem it worked! As simple as that. Thank you so much. I tried pushing and a few other things, but for some reason maybe I was doing it all wrong, it wasn't working. And then, just like that! It worked. Thanks again.
