I have a Nikon F2 & F2 Photomic that need rubber eyecups to be attached. I know the model number is the DK-3 and they are readily available. What I am missing is the appropriate ring that fits the Dk-3 to screw into the viewfinder. Does anyone have any recommendations or model number for that ring? Are there other model eyecups that can be substituted? I tried a website bocaphoto but they, although are still listed, did not respond to my order. They appear to be out of business.

The normal F2 eye piece a metal ring is interchangeable with the FM/FM3a/FM2/FE2 eyepiece which is a metal ring with bonded on rubber ring - eyeglass friendly. It will carry diopter as well. Well expensive though... The F2 eye piece fits an FM as well.

Xmas is correct, on my F2AS I use the ring of the FM, any reputable seller who has the DK-3 usually has the ring as well (it costs more than the eyecup, though!).

Eye watering...

Ill look up the Nikon part # for that ring. They aren't difficult to find.
