Nikon D700 in Elements?

I'm thinking of getting a full-frame digi SLR (namely a NIkon D700). I'm currently running Photoshop elements 3 and I'd like to know if I can upload RAW files into it. I know Adobe do a DNG converter download but I can't seem to find any info as to whether it's compatible with PSE 3. I'd rather not upgrade Elements 3 'coz I've got Curvemeister, among other things, installed as a plug-in. I do have PSE 7 also but I don't like its interface a nd some of its controls. Any info? Sol, sorry... You'll have to settle for the dng converter or upgrade.
