All LCD are covered with protective film (the main LCD's film cover has some smudges on it).

It is a Japanese model with English and Japanese language in camera menus.
The users manual, CD and other documentation is all in Japanese.
You can download English users manual from Nikon website.

The camera comes with all the accessories visible on pictures plus 8GB CF card (not shown in photograph).
