A "drybox"? A drybox is ok. You want humidity low, definitely below 60%, preferably 25% to 45%. Humidity and dust creates an environment that fungus grows in. Below 25% and I'd be worried about lubricants drying out.

But you don't want a humidor - my cigar-loving friend has a big one, but humidors are for increasing humidity - which you don't want.
Ok , I have one of each, cigars are good, so I’m double checking humidity in camera box, set to 43

35% would be even better. Generally, if your house is at a comfortable humidity level, that should be good for cameras and lenses - unless you live in the tropics and enjoy humidity. I don't have any special humidity controls other than the heat and A/C in my house. So the photo stuff is happy just being in a room.
