Nikkormat EL, shutter locked up

Help! Firstly, the film advance lever return went slack on my EL. Then the film counter started to slip. Finally, the shutter release button locked up leaving the shutter itself locked as well. Any ideas anybody?

Sounds like film transport problems. Might be a relatively simple fix.
