Nikkor Lens repair shop

I am in need of a repair guy in the US who is very adept with 1980s era MF AiS Nikkors. I have a 28mm f/2 with a loose front element/group that has defeated one repair person already. (Couldn't get it open. Nikon's red glue maybe.) Have read this lens is prone to such looseness as this.

I've used "APS" just outside of Chicago. http://www.nikoncamerarepair.com/ From what I've read, they used to be part of Nikon Repair.

I second APS for Nikon repairs. They CLAd a 35mm AIS Nikkor for me for $65 a couple of years ago and it's perfect now.

There's also Northwest Camera Repair in Everett, WA...

They overhauled a 24/2.8 for me about 18 months ago. Worked like new when I got it back.
