Yeah - lots this year.

Regarding the 35-105 lens -- in the old days, zooms weren't that good and the larger the zoom ratio, the worse the optical performance was. I thought a Tokina ATX 28-200 f/3.5-4.5 from the 1980's was pretty soft, but actually it wasn't bad. 35-105 today should be a very good lens for even very large prints.

Something like 35-70 or 28-85 should be outstanding, especially if it were designed for a constant aperture.
