For sale is a 16.5” (420mm) f/4.5 Heliar #7. Original patent design, made in Germany.
Very clean glass. One small, light scratch on the rear element is circled in the photos. A few vintage bubbles throughout. The rear cell had some spots of fungus, but these cleared right off the uncoated glass after a spot application of 50/50 ammonia and hydrogen peroxide. You can see the ghosts of some spots if you hold the cell at just the right angle, but looking straight through it’s clear as a bell.
Aperture ring is a little stiff, but both handy knurled knobs are present to make turning easier. Original lens hood present and correct. Flange included.
