Looks like the weekend of the 13th is it. Bev Conway who teaches with Gary said she would do a wet-plate demo and Gary would be happy to do an albumen printing or perhaps platinum printing demo depending on the interest. They also have a photography special collections library worth visiting if Gary can arrange to have it open Saturday afternoon. We're thinking about setting a limit to the number of attendees - maybe twenty, including students. So, combine this with the above info...and it looks like an interesting weekend. Ok...30 days to go! You've got to decide if you're going to do one day or two....as for me, with my wife's help, I'll do the Saturday only...as preparations for a family wedding are taking the forefront of all scheduling!

I'm one of those where photography is (unfortunately) just a hobby at this point. As such, my job has me working that Saturday. If that changes, or if I change it, I'd definitely attend.

Can I suggest we meet at the diner at 8am...instead of 7am? That way, those of us coming from a great distance can leave a bit later...5:30 instead of 4:30 in my case! Any thoughts or comments?

ps...how are the people sitting on the fence?? Which way are you leaning?

For those not familiar with the Red Arrow, it has lots of atmosphere, but it is pretty small, I'm not sure they have tables that seat more than 4
