Finally found my mother's camera - It was old when she acquired it her yoof sometime in the 50s. No makers nameplate, but comparing it to a few images out there, it would appear to be a Houghton Duchess from the turn of the century. The TP shutter is working, although the blinds could do with replacing and the lens is free of fungus.

Got a box or two of Ilford ¼plates (the holders are fitted with a reducer) and found a pack of war time Kodak ½plate sized film - No idea if any of it is usable...

Very nice! Waiting to see the results. I have my Grandmother's camera, but it's a Kodak Autographic, so not so unusual. Still glad to have it.

What kind of shutter is that w/ all the clockwork on the outside??? Oh, I see now that you mentioned that it was a TP.

Plenty of movement on the little guy.
