New to APUG

Hey guys,
New to APUG. Been doing photography for about 39 years. Mostly industrial but would do weddings for "suds" money. Nothing funnier than weddings in the rural South. I've also done model portfolio, but Industrial photography has been my passion. Cameras? I've had 'em all: Lieca Ms, IIIs, Rs; Hasselblad, Nikon, etc... My favourite (which is what I still use) is my Rolleiflex and flash bulbs. Actually, it's my only film camera left and have no plans of giving it up.

The Rolleiflex was my first fine camera and I learned how to take photos with it. That was back in 1956. I recently purchased another one. It's a neat little package and mighty hard to beat.

My "newest" camera is also a Rolleiflex, I've been enjoying getting to know it. Oh - and welcome to APUG!

Welcome Mark, Rollieflex's are just ok, if you want a really good camera get ah Rolliecord with the xenar lens. Its what I got an are happy with it.

Welcome to APUG from another Rolleiflex user (a pair of 2.8Es, both with the Zeiss Planar lens). I've fallen enough in love with it that if someone held a gun to my head and said "pick only one camera" that would be the one.

A Rolleiflex is a great camera, not a Hasselblad, but still a great camera.
