New to alt processes, looking for advice

I bought QTR & Print Tool (and Mrhar's Easy Digital Negatives book) but when I try to understand the QTR ecosystem it's like looking at a plate of spaghetti and trying to figure out which noodle is which. It's a miracle I even got through the computer/printer maze of hurdles!

I'm not on Richard Boutwell's payroll but his software, QuickCurve-DN, automates this part of the process so you don't have to untangle the spaghetti.

Thanks for the tip. Maybe I should give it another look...after the negatives I just printed dry and get printed
