New Tmax 400 in Microphen

Is it a good idea to push the new Tmax 400 to 800 or 1600 in Microphen, I have seen it done in Xtol and I thought the results were amazingly good, so I was wondering if Microphen would be as good as well?

Microphen's an excellent developer for push processing and would be ideal

I am aware, I just wondered it it was likely to be as good as it is in Xtol, I actually find it hard to belive that film was rated at 1600 it looks so good!
