This is supposedly the new powder chemistry by Ilford. The image is taken directly from their website.
It's written "Made in the U.S.A.".
Who is currently producing the powder chemistry for Ilford?

Photo Systems Inc (I believe formerly Unicolor) is making all of Kodak's, and much of Freestyle's house brand chemistry. I'd say they're a safe bet for Ilford's 'made in the US' products.

Could also be Clayton who makes some chemistry for Freestyle and Ultrafine. Who makes Legacy Pro?

I don't know, but throwing in 'supposedly' as a headline and it leads to Q Anon Corp Manufacturing, the main reason to be unsure about everything in life.

Tell me what I had to write?
If I don't know who makes Ilford powder chemistry, ho can I NOT write supposedly?

I had a look at the website and based on the pictures I think ALL the chemistry packaging has changed (powders and liquids).

Hmph - when did we stop being able to make developer in our own secret pizza-shop basements? There just better not be any pineapple in it...

Took me this precision to understand your "supposedly". Title and first post made it sound like it was the chemistry that was "supposedly" new. It's not, of course. Same chemistry, no changes in formula. It's the packaging that is new.

Old package (at least the ones I have) do mention "Made in Germany".

Yes, my bad, I realized after having posted the topic that the title is misleading.
Supposedly refers to the new packaging and manufacturer (made in the USA) not the product per sem which is the genuine old one.

I was curious if this latest HC-110 went back to the original syrupy formula or if it was the '2019' formula. I confirmed with Cinestill that it's the 2019 formula. I wonder how the longevity of this one stacks up to the original. I've been using a bottle of the original for over two years and it still works perfectly.
