NEW SITE DESIGN

Looks good...nice job Sean, one thing I can't seem to find, other than on the first page of the site is the link to the chat pages, is located anywhere other than on the front page, I don't normally come in through the front page and it is no longer located in the menu bar, at least as far as I can see.

It's in the dropdown menu under Community Dave.

I am using the lastest java and cannot get into the chatroom anymore since you redid the site. K64 Amd chip and a gig of ram should be enough horsepower to get in there.

I too would like to see a quicker way to see the galleries. My usual workflow (play-flow?) is to click on new posts then to click on the galleries button to see the new images. Call be super lazy, but I would rather see something faster than the community-->galleries pulldown.

I like it very much. The new logo is excellent, the site seems easy to navigate (at least to the places I frequent), and the Dr. Bob quote is a great finishing touch.

I have made the header links in the left side bar active, so where it says "Latest Gallery Photo" if you click that text it will take you directly to the gallery, maybe that is an ok workaround?

Sean I want to say thanks for all the time and effort you put into this site. It truly benefits us all. Nice job with the upgrades. Definitely an improvement but at the same time the new look isn't too difficult to pick up for those accustomed to the old design.

Good tweaking job!

After living with the new logo for a few hours I've decided...I like it. From a distance it reads just like I say it, "A Pug", instead of "A-P-U-G" like it used to.

Another small kink.
Received PM on logon (I bookmark directly into the main Forum page). Read the PM. Went into subforums and everytime I went back to the main forum page the java application announced that same message. I had to reload the page to clear it.

missing links

Love the new look but I seem to be missing some links.
I clicked on the "drop down" menus and all I get the current page moves down, but no menu drops down. I can't even find the log off button!
I'm on an iMac running Mac OS 9.0.4 using IE (for Mac) 5.1.7
ya, ya, I'll upgrade one of these decades...

Can someone help me out here?

yikes ie 5 on osx and probably windows is going to have problems, you should be able to install firefox for osx: http://www.mozilla.org/
