Better yet, buy a Bay II to 39mm filter step-ring. You might also be able to use other sized screw-on filters besides 39mm if you already own them, but they may be too big to put the lens shade over.

Dead Cameras & Barton 1972 both make very nice Rollei straps. The Barton strap does not fit the 2.8c/d models, but should fit yours.
