Hi,

I'm new to this forum and relatively new to film in any serious way. My film exploits are really as a result of my membership over at Rangefinder Forum. Although I have had a Canon F1 for some time I hadn't until recently tried my hand a developing at home, this sort of co-inciding with the acquisition of some more, much needed , fiim gear. I don't have a darkroom, yet, so I have to accept a hybrid analogue/digital workflow. I'm hoping that won't disqualify me from membership here. In addition to the Canon, I use a Bronica RF 645, a Hexar RF and a Leica M6. I also shoot digital with an Epson RD-1 and an Olympus E1, but promise not to talk of these here.

Best Regards

Gid McLean

Welcome Gid.
We will try to be kind to you and look the other way when you are commiting sin.
I imagine you are no way related to our Sir Les McLean.

Welcome to APUG Gid, good to see you here.

Thanks all. Its always nice to be made welcome. I do hope to enjoy my stay and contribute where I can although I imagine I will be taking more than giving initially as a serious film newbie.

Best regards

Gid

Welcome to the forum Gid.

Welcome Gid, from the other side of the world. Don't worry about the digital; we will show you the error of your ways shortly enough.

Welcome from Lancashire, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here on APUG.

Greetings from New Jersey. In addition to digital don't ask anything about Michael Smith, Steve Simmons or guns. Chinese amidol might still be a no-no too.
