Hello all,
My names Dan & I'm a big analogue photography enthusiast using everything from polaroid through 35mm to a lovley old Rolleicord. I hope to actually contribute to this great group in the future but as a first off I'd like to let anyone in the Cardiff area know about the Darkroom evening class at Llanover Hall Arts Centre.
The classes run on Wednesdays 7-9pm and are run on an informal basis so people can join anytime without worrying that they are behind the other members. the class is taught by Ken Cheetham who has over 25 years experience in B&W printing (catchphrase "print it again with less contrast") who has knocked me into shape from a complete novice.
We didn't have enough members to run the course for the whole of the Summer term so I'm on a publicity drive as it's the only open structure darkroom in the Cardiff area and it would be tragic to lose it. Autumn term starts 17th September.
