Bert, your welcome every time you like - i have to confess that I neither got a drivers license nor a Porsche ...
But I have a Gazelle Dutch Bike !!! I think it's time for an APUG meet ...

I wont tell them if you don't. I do have an oldtimer myself, but I'm afraid it won't pass as a Porsche either:

We'll talk APUG meet offline before it gets too much OT here

Every factory that is proud of itself needs a works fire service.

Its a small factory, thus your Daffodil fits perfectly.

The new building has little impact on the unavailability of CHS 100 II. This is caused by one of the problems described above though.
CMS 20 in 120 as well. Both issues will (most likely) be resolved before the new building is up.
Any movement on this? I would like to get my hands on some CMS 20 II in 120 but it's been sold out for a loooong time. Do you have an anticipated date when it will be available again?

We are still working on the upgrade for the 120 slitter but we expect these works to be finished soon.
We already coated CHS 100 II again but the quality is not yet for releasing it (even though it was much better than *some* films we currently see released to the market).
Here at ADOX we aim for Swiss/German quality standards. Thus we have to ask you for a little more patience. In return you can expect to be supplied with well working products only.

As long as high quality is paramount to you, I will wait eagerly but patiently ( even thou you were cruel enough to beat us in football yesterday ).

When the new chs100 is ready could you consider making whole plate size? It's great film and my stash of fp4 is going to run out before the ilford call for odd sizes comes around...

I hope for you that I do not have to read that as dumping a production run.

Good point. Yes it was but all this is about taking out the fear of "that". We make emulsions in the scale of 30-60 Liters per raw precipitation run. Then they are diluted to about 120 Liters in coating. One "coating run" is between 500 and 1.000 sqm (up to 16.000 films). Loosing this amount does hurt but it will not be "the end of the story". We want to get away from the vulnerabilities of this industry, the batch to batch problems and put it back where it was 20 years ago. We want to be able to run continously and put quality control back where it needs to be.

Do you still have it? Perhaps it does make sense to use it for special projects like ultra large negatives etc?

And by ultra large I mean really ultra large like 1,5x2 meters for example.

Excellent news from Adox; IMHO the policy of only offering finished quality products, rather than repacked or relabelled and so-called "alpha" versions, is the right way....I am happy to wait for the products to be available and will buy and support them.
