Here is the print dryer with the film dryer and an additional cabinet on top of it:

Here is a detail of the exhaust fan in the print dryer:

And here is the detail of the inlet fan in the film drying cabinet. There is a hole in between it and the print drying cabinet to allow air flow between the two:

Finally here is the dry side of the darkroom:

And here is the wet side. The sink will go in the empty space:

Now I have to paint all of the cabinets and the doors for the drying cabinets and then I can put them in place.

New Darkroom Design suggestions request

@CCLA, a few years have now passed.

I have just read the thread from start to finish, following your development, unfortunately without the aid of photos or your sketchit designs. (do you still have them)???????

I am in progress of building my first darkroom and was wondering if you would mind sharing...

Q. What you did right/wrong
Q. what you wished you had done
Q. what you have subsequently done since 2016's original build
Q. what you wished you spent less time/money on
Q. if you had more space what would you do with it
Q. if you had a budget twice the original one what would you have spent it on.

And any other answers to 'How you have found the darkroom'

@Nokton48 I just saw the other photos (on your Flickr feed) It is quite a sizable space, and seems like you have had some of the equipment for at least a few weeks.
What is your time line for the re-build?

Phase I of darkroom renovation is to get everything (I have much more than this!) cleaned up, cobwebs and dust removed, everything stacked neatly on the new plastic shelving. So I can fire up my enlarger again and trays will go on the formica work table for now. I have always processed film in the laundry room which works OK for now, and I am reorganizing that as well. Phase II will be wooden/PVC construction of more work tables, spacious big darkroom sink, plenty of permanent storage. My basement studio is about three times the size of the darkroom but is also unfinished at this point. Build renovate further as I have time and funds become available.

Your darkroom looks great. Love that light table.

Later today I am reattaching five Paterson safelights I have around, and a Kodak Dark Green Inspection light. So as it warms up I will be able to process sheet film and paper in the new darkroom area..
