Neopan 400+Rodinal stand development.

Reading about stand development here , I decided I`d give it a shot.
2ml Rodinal in 400ml of 68F water, agitation for the first minute, and I plan to let it stand for two hours(25 minutes so far )

Is two hours to little? Too much? Just right?

Anyone tried this combination?

Hard to say, not knowing. I think PanF for two hours is too much but 90 minutes is just about right. Being a faster emulsion, hence normally longer dev times, maybe 2 hours is correct for Fuji400. Only you will be able to tell from your tests. Did you bracket?

I didn`t bracket as I decided to try stand development after I exposed the film.... The results was a thin negative, and from what I see I should have exposed the film at EI 200. The film was also a bit unevenly developed, so I `ll try again tonight with APX 100 @64, and agitate a couple times every 30 minutes...

1+200 Rodinal works very well, didi you presoak?
That has helped me avoid uneven development

No, I didn`t presoak...

But on the film I have drying just now, I presoaked and agitated once each 30 mins and the negs loks great.

Rodinal at 1 + 100 or weaker ? Stand Development !!! 4 X 5 Sheet films.
What are the benefits, if any ?
My usual dilution is 1 + 50 . Cheers
