Thanks Ron. It's been a few days since I checked this thread. I figured some experimentation would be required. It's been a little crazy here with the holidays.

This is interesting. Without checking I had written off pthalocyanines as sensitizers because of the general structure and I didn't recall seeing them in any of the references I have.

Is it the metal free phthalocyanines that are sensitizers? Or, are the metal varieties, eg copper or nickel pthalocyanine, included?

The prices of pthalocyanines are almost reasonable!
