Negative retouching supplies

I'm in need of retouching supplies for some dust-covered 4x5 negatives. I could use spottone, but I think there's better stuff to be had. I remember there being a website that was dedicated to retouching supplies for both negatives and prints. It was certainly not B&H, or Calumet...

Does this ring a bell with anyone? I keep thinking that the name of the website had a woman's name in it...
