Need release forms..

Anyone seen (or have) a good release form. I had some model release forms 20 or so years ago that were 4X5 cards. I actually think they were printed in Popular Photography. Great to keep in the camera bag. Now with the new privacy laws etc. most forms I have seen are useless. Perhaps even just some ideas what should be on one now...

Try the Photo District News site (http://www.pdnonline.com/photodistrictnews/index.jsp), Thomas. Scroll down to the Resources section on the left, and click on Business Resources. That will take you to a page that has "standard form" model and property releases, along with various other helpful info.
