Where is the best place to find a consolidated summary of the various Hasselblad models and their corresponding features? I'm new to medium format and considering a purchase, but am somewhat overwhelmed by the variety of model numbers and appended letter designations.

Any help you can give me here would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Dave

Try this Dave link Dead Link Removed or buy The Hasselblad Manual seventh edition by Ernst Wildi for about $60 US.

Don't spend money on manuals until after you had a look here.

(Or for the pre-1957 Hasselblad stuff, here.)

Wildi's 7th edition is not a good book if you want to get to know the non-digital Hasselblads.
The 3rd, 4th or 5th editions are much better for that.
(For details of books about Hasselblad and the Hasselblad camera system, look here.)
