Hi I just got a super chromega dichroic Ii and I need a 50 for 35mm, what size thread? Do I have all the parts?

No, a 50mm lens "normally" has a 39mm mounting thread. So you would need a different lens board.

I'm assuming your enlarger is either a D5 or a D6. The Super Chromega designation refers only to the light source mounted. The enlarger chassis should have a name plate on it telling you which model it is.

The lens mount you have will be usable, but the lens plates appear to be something like the 421-933 plates, which are compatible with longer lenses with larger thread sizes (compared to 50mm lenses).
I cannot tell whether your lens mount is the 421-105 or 421-107. One is thicker than the other, and therefore more suitable for lenses that stick out farther at the back.
