I came across this camera that has a 4x5 back and also has a 5x7 back. I can't find much about it. I have a Kodak 2D 5x7 that's so much bigger. Can this camera really do 5x7 without limitations?

There are lots of 4x5" wooden, folding field cameras that had 5x7 backs. And yes, they took 5x7 pictures. The backs have extra extension for longer lenses. There are a number of them but they are not interchageable between brands.

Assuming it's in great shape, that's a great price.

There was a rather rare 5x7 Nagaoka (and an even more rare 8x10) as well as the much more common 4x5 Nagaoka. Mr. Nagaoka also sold a reducing back to convert the 5x7 to 4x5 format. I've also seen an "expansion" back enabling 5x7 on a 4x5 camera but I'm not sure if Mr. Nagaoka made one. It looked kind of like the frustum of a square pyramid. Movements with the expansion back on the 4x5 were somewhat limited by the back design; movements with the 4x5 back on the 5x7 were of course not limited.
