I have a bit of a mystery dark-slide.

I bought this dark-slide that was advertised as being for Mamiya cameras.

However it does not fit my RB 6 x 7 back nor my Universal Press 6 x 7 roll film back.

It measures 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches.

Anyone have an idea what camera or film holder this goes to?

Perhaps one with a warped film plane, based on the photograph.

It might be the darkslide for a Mamiya Universal Polaroid back.

I think you are right reddesert, it is a dark slide for a Mamiya Universal Polaroid Back.

Same dimensions. Now I need a polaroid back to test it out on.
