Dead Link Removed is a page of 12X20 photographs accomplished at 11,500 feet elevation
in the Ancient Bristlecone Forest of White Mountains, CA.

I guess the bottom left corner is the issue you previously discussed in another forum. A mat could probably solve that in most cases I guess if you composed with that in mind..I agree the best accessory one could have for these "oh so fun ULFies" is a good vehicle and next a well stocked cooler!

If you want to get there the easy way, copy and paste;

Matt, yes, but no good prints yet. I'm 1220 challenged for contact prints. So far all I have is a 16X20 piece of plexi hinged to the table with tape. Not tight enough and the prints have blurs where the film lifted from the paper.

Jerry Garcia and Elvis BOTH want to get in front of my camera! They're over in area 51 so it's not that far.

Dave, the best vehicle to take to this spot is <someone elses>. Can I borrow the Excursion for the next trip?

Great shots, Jim! I have been there twice, first time with my Hasselblad in a Acura Vigor and I was scared to death driving around, second time with my Deardorff in a Land Rover leased specially for this kind of trip and the third time I will bring my 10x20. UC Santa Cruz has a workshop that you can sign up and live there in that research station for five days.

I like your second picture the most. I can just see all the details of that tree with my closed eyes.

ROFL! Jim, you make this so much fun! 12X20 Folmer & Schwing camera of course. Lens was an ancient Wollensak f10 Process Velostigmat of 19" focal length that is a 4 - 4 protar VII type. I paid $45 for it. No filters. Film was the Efke 100 that I was crabbing about in the last thread. PyroCatHD 12 1/2 minutes in a tray. Thanks!

Nice shots. Having used the 12x20 briefly, the accomplishment of just unpacking the camera at 10K feet is amazing.
