Hi, I am an experienced amateur photographer based in the UK and using both film and digital (!). I have an excellent Minolta Dimage Scan Dual 11 but for most applications would prefer to have a CD of digital images produced at the time the film is processed and prints or slides are produced. Would others agree, if so should I use colour negative or slide film for best results. Can any one recommend a retail processor and what file size should my images be produced to CD.

Firstly, welcome to the Analogue Photography Users Group.

Secondly, your question would be better asked at APUG's sister site HybridPhoto.com, where all your scanning questions will be answered. Unless scanning questions relate to how to scan your prints or slides for upload APUG's gallery, such questions are generally considered off topic for this site.

Welcome to APUG. My film gets processed and printed by yours truly and any digital images are only uploaded from my cell phone. Sorry, not much help there, but welcome all the same.
