Concerning the the standard of that test:
Who decides where UV radiation ends and visible light starts ??

Figures for that limit are all over the place and thus respective evaluation of filtration should be taken with a lot of salt...


Section 2 describes the UV and visible range they considered. Section 3 describes the testing procedure, which is consistent for each filter.
 
Yes, but anyone may define that limit, and then criticize a filter not to cut off precicely at that limit.

(With all "over the place" I did not refer to that site, but to engineering literature and publications by filter manufacturers.)
