I'm posting this new thread for the MSA November/December 2016 on behalve of macfred, the winner of the previous MSA, who will be the host & judge in this new MSA.
This is the theme for the next installment as presented by our new host:

Theme for the MSA November/December is SUNDAYS -
what do you associate with Sundays - what do you like best on Sundays ?

Show your photographs on the theme of Sundays !

A few examples :

- going to the movies
- sleep late
- going to church
- visiting your parents-in-law
- family weekend getaway
- doing sports
- going fishing
- doing gardening
- taking a photo walk
- enjoying a day at the races
- going to the bar
- meet some friends
- ...

Here are some rules for this MSA:
* All images must be taken between November 1st and December 31st 2016.
* The image must be made analogue: no computer enhancements, digital internegatives, etc. allowed.
* There really is no problem with correcting out those scanning introduced unwanted elements, but no other Photoshop tinkering please.
* You can post the results here and in the MSA Gallery not later than October 31st.
* After that date the entries will be judged and a winner will be announced.
* The winner may host the next MSA.
* You can find all (there was a url link here which no longer exists).

What do I like best on Sundays? Making alt-photo prints!
I made some carbon prints today. These three prints are now hanging to dry (just some iPhone snapshots for now):

Not my favourite picture, but it's a photo from last sunday. First ride with my new sidecar, which turned out to be much better for my quite powerless motorcycle than the previous 50kg heavier one... I made some coffee and shot couple of pictures in grey, rainy and depressing autumn day. I had fun, though.

Sunday's are often great days for photography. Still lifes, days in the darkroom, time to catch up with APUG. If I'm not doing fiddling with film, I'm working in my garden. Here's 2 gum prints. Our russet tree is always the last one picked - the apples are sweeter if there has been a frost. The local bears don't know this, and many years my russets disappear overnight before that sweetness develops. We beat the bears this year. I tried hugelkultur for the first time and my pumpkins were awesome. This one was a favourite. I knew months ago I'd want to photograph it before we ate it.

Making parts for a stereo pinhole camera for a school project.

Playing in the small machine shop I call my basement. I was making a part for a school project of a stereo pinhole camera, as a matter of fact.
