I'm planning to load this same film today into my Leica IIIb for pics of new, green leaves, that are now abundant in our local park. What filter do you like to use with this film?

A 720nm filter (e.g., R72).

A wander last week through the forest in Campbell Valley Regional Park.
All the new green on the foliage is nicely set off against the visible snippets of an intensely blue Spring sky:

Greetings!

Just a reminder that we have one week left on this MSA, and for you to submit images that show a “changing season”.

Cheers!

Some more evidence of burgeoning life in the forest:

I love the blend of colors in this scene, Matt! What film were you using?
Portra 160 that is past the "Expose Before" date, but refrigerator stored since purchased new and of recent production from a retail source.

Greetings, again, everyone,

A last reminder that today is the final day to submit entries for this MSA. I hope to see more added into the current mix before I make my selection tomorrow.

Cheers!

Late but it's still April here in the UK!
I've been on a 'back to basics' trip the last few weeks and experimenting with photograms.
The dandelions are back!

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the “Changing Season” MSA theme. Choosing a winning entry was not an easy task, as every submission communicated the idea of the theme brilliantly.

One image however stood-out for me, as it seemed to visually put change of season into action. That image is Tony’s dandelion photogram.

Congratulations to Tony (ajmiller), you get the honor of choosing the next theme for the May/June MSA!

Thanks Russ and Matt and to everyone who posted such great images. The theme for the next MSA across May and June is "Family Heirloom".
