Thanks Stone. Where are YOUR entries?

I've been a little busy with life, summer classes at school, my dad passed a few months back and I've been clearing his place out, my girlfriend was being harassed by a downstairs tenant so we have been cleaning and packing and moving in TODAY to a new place, so I haven't had much time to process. I always shoot, but sometimes it's months before I can develop, sometimes it's days, depends on what it's for, if it's work it gets processed sooner, this is fun, so it takes a back seat

Love the bubbles !!! That's a great one!

Developed a roll of Adox CHS100 II in 120 yesterday for this MSA. I tried HC-110E 10m @ 20°C and they look really nice. Can't print next week but probably the week after that. Which is just as well because the film is curly... it will be good for it to be pressed in a book for a week before I try!

Oh boy, I may actually have an entry this time! I dropped off a roll of Ektar 100 in 120 that I shot in my 620 camera at the lab today. I should have the results back next week in time to upload!

If not, will a solargraph that's been exposed since Christmas 2015 do? Let's see, December through August, hey at least 2 months of it will be in the allowed time frame!

If exposure ended within the timeframe of this MSA it certainly is allowed!!

I hope it's ok to upload picture which I did not take especially for this assingment, but which I did take to illustrate the same subject before I knew about Apug assignments. (Which I find are very interesting thing!) And it comes accompanied with a small story.

About 1½ weeks ago I made a little trip to photograph old wooden cottage of Paavo Ruotsalainen who was important figure in Finnish pietist movement in 19th century. In fact it was my first overnight trip which I made just to take pictures. I started the journey from my parents house with my old (1961 IZH with sidecar) motorcycle. Soon it started to rain. After a while my motorcycle started to cough a little, but I managed to get to the destination without any serious problems.

The place isn't very popular among tourists, so I was there almost by myself. It was pouring rain almost all the time. I spent evening in the cottage shooting with my old Zeiss Ikon Ideal and Mamiya RB67. Next day I woke up at 6 am and got to the cottage again. It's very impressive little house. Straight translation from finnish would be smoke-cabin. It's little house with big stove and no chimney. In the cold wintertime it's heated daily and all the smoke and heat fills the room. Walls become black and after decades of not using the stove this particular cabin still smells like smoke. Light falls beautifully from little windows. Atmosphere is very strong and intimate.

In the noon I started my motorcycle and began my journey home. It started raining again VERY hard and soon my motor started coughing again. I stopped and took apart the carburetor. There was water in it. After that motorcycle rode ok again, but after about 20km (12miles) same thing happened again. This time I happened to see car repair shop. I stopped there and bought gasket for my carburetor's float bowl. It helped, and that was last time I had to disassemble carburetor on that trip. But rain was pouring very intensely and my clothes weren't a match for it. There was about 150km (100mi) of road before me and I already started to feel water getting through leather jacket. My motorcycle is old and slow, and so I had to drive over 2 hours on pouring rain while being all wet and worrying about that water getting in to carburetor.

Eventually I got to my parents house and next day drove 320km (about 200miles) home. (It's another story where my motorcycle engine stops, I become acquainted with local old-motorcycle-guy who helps me fix that damned thing and I get back home when it's already dark and raining hard).

After that trip I was keen to develop the negatives I had shot. This selfie (with Mamiya RB67) I took tells about the feeling I had when I noticed that I had for some reason developed a bad habit of handling sheet film holders, and because of that about half of those negatives were scratched and many were out of focus. Only a few were good. That trip was interesting despite apparent problems. It would have been a lot sweeter memory, though, if those pictures had succeeded. But at the end of the day world is sometimes like that feeling I tried to capture in that picture.

Martikko, I love your self portrait. An emotion I can identify with.
