Most satisfying shutter sound?

I loved the contrast between the shutter sound and the winding sound of the Koni-Omega that I had for a while.
"snick" vs. "pump shotgun".

One of my favorites is the sound of a Nikon F with it's motor drive, for the particular reason that it got me out of a recurring assignment shooting a particularly boring and obnoxious award ceremony. Instead of my usual discrete Rollie, I signed out the F "because it would save missing shots because of reloading". Never got asked back.

Otherwise, my favorite is whatever I used to make the most recent exposure.

Fujifilm GF670W. Absolutely 100% inaudible except in THE most quietest room imaginable. So quiet that Fuji put an LED light in the viewfinder to let you know it tripped. You can't hear it, even with the camera up to your eye.

When I was a Wedding photographer the sound of my Hasselblad was really reassuring and I liked it, but now that I don't photographs weddings, the very quiet Rolliecord is nicer.

Leica rangefinder, Graflex Super D, RZ67.
I still love my Nikon F2 MD-2 . I think that was the sound effect most used in movies in the 70's through the 80's .

Leica cameras put people more at ease because they are so quiet. Fast DSLRs just freak people and animals out.

Similar to a Leica, but more "dampened" probably due to the solid brick-like mass of the camera.

Ha ha - Hasselblad - the sound is satisfying because it means your camera isn't jammed.

Ok - just kidding. The hassy sound to me seems a bit "old-fashioned". But the motorized ones are pretty sweet.

I like to know where I stand and it's always good when your subjects know where they stand as well, so obviously the Pentax 67, it was great of Asahi/Pentax to add recoil to the camera as well, just in case I missed the shutter firing...a neat touch.

I used to shoot EC's. First time I shot one I thought that I had broken the camera!

This is way too easy , it absolutely has to be my long gone Bronica S2 , as a mechanic for most of my adult life,
I just couldn't believe how anything that small could make so much noise and not be breaking every time I pressed
