OK, I sorted it out for myself somehow. Here is what I did:
I found dev times for Neutol in an Agfa datasheet (says 2-4min) and started calculating from there. Comparing dilutions and times for normal PE/RC paper I got 5:36 for Rollei Ortho 25 in Moersch ECO 4812 when diluted 1+14 (my standard dilution for paper)
The calculation was as following:
Neutol 1+7 takes 60sec for paper, so it has a "dev coefficient" of 60/7=8,57
4812 in 1+14 takes 170secs, 170/7 is somewhere near 12
Neutol 1+7 is 120 secs for Ortho25, so 120/8,57*12 /7*14=336 secs
SO I developed for 6min in the tray and voila, the densities seem alright to my eye.
