modifying ready made emulsions

Hello Everybody:I've been looking at modifying existing liquid emulsions that are currently available such as the one offered by Rollei.My question is can they be modified to be used for coating glass plates for camera use or are they only formulated to be used as printing emulsions.If it is possible,I'd need an emulsion speed fast enough so that I don't have to deal with shutter speeds below 1/100 th of a second.
