I was missing a 1.4x teleconverter for my RB67 system and was getting frustrated at the lack of choices out there. There are plenty of 2x "el cheapo" teleconverters available for the RB and there is even a 1.4x for the RZ but no 1.4x for the RB. So I thought I'd take a chance and modify an RZ 1.4x teleconverter for use with an RB67.

After doing some research, I figured it out. Total time to make the mod: 5 minutes!

I've documented the complete step-by-step here: http://magnachrom.blogspot.com/2008/09/modifying-rz67-14x-teleconverter-to-fit.html

Hopefully, someone else will benefit from this. I for one now have a much more flexible RB67 system because of this.

Cheers
