Modern Tri-X in Xtol 1:3

I like to dilute Xtol to enhance shadow detail.

Kodak's table only offers times for 1:1.

In the massive dev chart I still find data for the old Tri-X and Xtol 1:3.

But what are the times for the new Tri-X in 1:3?

I've been using it at 1:2 for 10 minutes @ 68 degrees, oh, and that's for when I rate the film at 320, which is what I typically do. It's not exactly what you are after, but that might give you an idea of where to go???

Development times for "old" Tri-X and "new" Tri-X are remarkably similar, differing by less than 10% for D-76. That difference is well within the margin of error, and of no consequence in practice.

Kodak's current times for Tri-X and XTOL, are about 3% longer than they used to be.
In the old ('90s) XTOL data book, they suggested 1+3, 68˚, 12 1/2.

Suzanne's time is exactly what Kodak suggests for 1+2.

Kodak hasn't published dilutions higher than 1+1 for MANY years.
