I've been using it at 1:2 for 10 minutes @ 68 degrees, oh, and that's for when I rate the film at 320, which is what I typically do. It's not exactly what you are after, but that might give you an idea of where to go???
Development times for "old" Tri-X and "new" Tri-X are remarkably similar, differing by less than 10% for D-76. That difference is well within the margin of error, and of no consequence in practice.
