My SRT-101 turned 49 years old this May and it still works. I have the original box, packing and even the USA tag. It was $259.99 with the 58mm f1.4 It was a wonderful camera.
I stuck with Minolta until they changed lens mounts because of AF (the same thing that Canon did going from FD to EOS), switched to Nikon which is what I'm still using. I was very disappointed to find that many of my Nikon wides were not as good as my old Minolta glass.
