Found this enlarger in an ad recently and wonder if anyone has any experience with it? I mostly use 35mm negs and since my darkroom is my bathroom any space savings is a plus. But does the "mini" only indicates the intended neg size or is the enlarger actually small? I have a durst M601 wich is not huge per se, but anything taking up less space is better.
A 25mm lens is attached and a frame for 16mm is included.
Its manufactured by Chiyoda Kogaku Seiko k.k.

There was a series of 16mm film cameras made by Minolta, so perhaps that is what the name refers too. The 9mm would be for the Minox format films which are about 9,2mm wide. The 25mm lens may have a smaller-than-standard thread fitting and would most likely not be usable with 135. There might also be different condensers required for the 'larger' format plus it may pre-date multicontrast paper and have no filter-drawer. A small enlarger will not be making you twenty inch prints, but could be quite usable up to 10x8" or so.

Have a look at the Leitz Valoy II, one of the nicest 35mm enlargers. It will take any lens and will do 16X20 plus or minus, depending on yes/no easel. It has the beautiful condenser system, pressing the negative to the negative holder (like the Focomat 1c). The later dark grey and light grey models came with the anti Newton treated condensers (frosted glass). Best to get one with the red filter, because that you can modify to be your filter holder. Here in Europe they go for €25 to €75 . . .

Well, I didnt buy the Minolta enlarger since it only came with the 16mm neg holder. Here is a an image:

Thanks for the replies!

Is it the actual enlarger or just a image? The enlarger as shown looks like it has the 35mm carrier.

Yes, I know, but the seller said he only had the 16mm holder.
