DESCRIPTION: Minolta Autocord CDS III TLR Camera With Strap, Cap, Filters, Case. Rokkor 75/3.5 taking lens, Rokkor 75/3.2 viewing lens. Includes filter holder and orange, skylight, ND, blue, haze filters. All shown is included.
CONDITION: For a camera thats roughly 50 years old, it’s in great condition overall with a few minor issues. Both lenses are excellent, very bright and have no fungus, haze or scratches, camera winds and fires at all shutter speeds (B-500) and sounds very accurate to the ear, clean shutter blades, clean diaphragm, clean battery compartment, clean focus screen and smooth focus! Meter is untested because I don’t have the proper battery, so, it may not work. There are 4 screws that hold the viewing hood in place, 2 of them have been broken off and the screw shafts are still in the body as shown. The viewing mirror has a few small spots in it as shown. A foam seal is missing between the viewing hood and back of the meter housing and has remaing residue. And, I think there may be a missing foam seal at the hinge area of the back door. Filters are very good. Strap is very good but has a sticky feel to it like some old plastic gets with age. Leather camera case is complete and has some wear and stitching has come loose at seems. In closing this is a great vintage camera with a fine reputation.
